the ash collection

Ash is a collection of luminaires crafted from electroplated animal bones. Through sealing the bones in pure metals such as copper and nickel, they are prevented from experiencing degradation. Each light fixture serves as both a tribute to the animal’s existence and a striking sculptural object, embracing the cycle of life while effectively immortalising the chosen creatures. Created in 2025.
